01 The brief

Two decades of reputation, no front door.

Bina has spent 25 years perfecting precision threading, facials and gel nails, building a loyal client base on word of mouth alone. What she did not have was a website. New clients had nowhere to discover the work, see the treatments or book with confidence.

The brief was to translate a deeply personal, high-craft service into a first website that felt warm and premium, never clinical, and made booking effortless.

02 The approach

    A warm, editorial identityA soft cream base with a confident plum accent and a serif-and-sans pairing. It feels like a boutique salon, calm and personal, rather than a price-list flyer.

    Bina at the centreThe story leads with the person. An “About Bina” section, 25 years of experience and her real portrait do the trust-building that word of mouth used to.

    Treatments made clearThreading, facials, waxing, tinting and gel nails laid out with indicative pricing, so a new client knows exactly what they are booking before they arrive.

    Booking everywhereA persistent “Book now” running through the page turns a curious visitor into an appointment without friction.
